By using GrabGh Passenger, GrabGh Rider, or related GrabGh websites, you agree to these terms.
The service
GrabGh connects passengers and motorcycle riders in and around Koforidua for on-demand trips. We provide the marketplace and software; riders provide transportation as independent operators.
Accounts
- You must provide an accurate phone number and keep your account secure.
- Riders must meet local licensing, insurance, and vehicle requirements before going online.
- We may suspend accounts for fraud, safety risks, or abuse.
Trips & payments
- Fares shown in-app are estimates or confirmed amounts for that booking; taxes or third-party fees may apply where required.
- Payment methods (including MoMo and cash) depend on what is enabled in your market.
- Cancellations, no-shows, and disputes may adjust the fare according to in-app rules.
Safety & conduct
Treat other users respectfully. Do not misuse location features, harass others, or use GrabGh for illegal activity. Emergency services remain your first contact in danger—GrabGh safety tools are aids, not a substitute for calling local emergency numbers.
Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, GrabGh is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from trips between users. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be limited under Ghanaian law.
Changes
